How NETSPIRES handles visitor information.

Information collected

The site does not require an account, newsletter signup, payment function, or visitor-facing AI. NETSPIRES does not intentionally collect names, phone numbers, employers, procurement volumes, or financial information through this version of the site.

Cookie-free aggregate measurement

NETSPIRES uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate page views and visitors. It does not use cookies, local or session storage, user IDs, fingerprinting, advertising analytics, session replay, or custom events. The aggregate reports do not identify individual visitors, and NETSPIRES does not claim that anonymous measurement makes a visitor identifiable.

Vercel may process limited technical data for each measurement, including the event time, requested page path, filtered query parameters, referrer, approximate location, browser, operating system, device type, and analytics script version. Vercel derives a daily visitor hash from the incoming request; NETSPIRES does not receive an IP address or a persistent visitor identifier in its analytics reports. Measurement begins only after Vercel Web Analytics is activated and the enabled site is deployed. No historical visitor or page-view data exists in these reports for time before activation.

Advertising verification

The site includes a Google AdSense site-verification tag for the NETSPIRES publisher account. No ad unit, Auto ads setting, or advertising creative is enabled by this implementation. If advertising is later enabled, this notice will be updated before ads are served.

Technical records and Google services

Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical records such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, and security events. Google may process requests associated with the verification tag under its own service terms and privacy policy. See Google's Privacy & Terms (opens in a new tab).

Cookies and consent

Vercel Web Analytics is cookie-free. This release does not intentionally set a NETSPIRES advertising or personalization cookie and does not render an ad unit. Before personalized advertising is enabled for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, NETSPIRES must configure an applicable Google-certified consent management platform and a way to revisit or withdraw consent.
